Step-1 first of all You need to Click on the Registration Button which is given below.
Step-2 Upload your video max 40 MB Video Format Should (3gp , wmv , mov , mpg , mp4 , avi) .
Step-3 and after following 2nd step, Fill up the all require details Such as , Name of Registrant , Contact number , Email Address ,Full name of Participant ,Relationship with Registrants ,Age of Participant ,Gender etc.
Step-4 Enter the captcha.
Step-5 The Registrants must then check the box that signifies Terms and Conditions
Click on “Submit Entry” button.
On submission of the online registration form, unique identification number will be generated which will be displayed on the screen and also be mailed to the Registrants’ email address.
ELIGIBILITY FOR ENTRIES AND AUDITIONS:
- The Participants must be between the age of 4 to 13 years as on June 01, 2016
- The Participants should be of sound mind and health and must not be disqualified by law, should not have any criminal record
- The Parent/Guardian of the Participants shall register on behalf of the minor Participants to enable their participation in the show.
- Also, carry proof of identity or eligibility.
