X Factor USA 2017 - X Factor 2017 - USA is a reality TV singing competition show where winner of the show gets a recording contract and price money. The show is most popular in UK and Australia as USA version was cancelled long back in 2014. The first series was started in 2011 in US.

In 2016, Simon Cowell has revealed that the USA version of X Factor was not cancelled and hinted it might return back soon. He said, “Everybody thinks X Factor was cancelled – that wasn’t the case. Fox offered us another season, but I couldn’t do it, so that’s why we stopped the production, because I couldn’t do it any more.” He further said, “Even though the numbers weren’t as good as we hoped, in today’s climate they were brilliant figures – we just didn’t realize it at the time.”
He hinted X Factor in USA might return back again as it is right time to do it. He said, “I started to enjoy doing the UK shows again, and then I really felt mentally, physically, this is the right time to do this in the States again,”.
